Description of Service
KareCore, LLC provides training services, consulting services, and products.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to limited seating, you must cancel at least 48 hours before class for a credit account; no refunds or credits are offered after the 48-hour mark.
- 48-Hour Notice Required — Cancellations must be submitted via email at least 48 hours before your scheduled class.
- Account Credit Only — If you cancel on time, we offer a flexible credit to your account for any future class; we do not offer direct cash refunds.
- Late Cancellation Forfeiture — Canceling inside the 48-hour window results in a total loss of the payment for that class session.
Shipping & Delivery Terms
Shipping is processed via FedEx or USPS with calculated prices included at purchase, but international options remain limited.
- Trusted Carriers Only — All physical items and products are shipped securely via FedEx or USPS courier networks.
- All-Inclusive Pricing — Shipping prices and estimated delivery timeframes are listed and included directly in your checkout price.
- Buyer Customs & Duties — International shipping is limited, and any applicable customs, taxes, or duties are completely the responsibility of the customer.
Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
KareCore is excused from performance delays caused by acts of God, weather, strikes, or unexpected nature disruptions.
- Uncontrollable Delays — KareCore, LLC is fully excused from any service failure or delivery delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- Recognized Disruptions —This includes delays stemming from acts of God, extreme weather, strikes, lock-outs, floods, or explosions.
- Exemption of Liability — Our team is not liable for structural scheduling changes forced by these community-wide disruptions.
Limitation of Liability
The client acknowledges that KareCore is not liable for direct, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services.
- No Consequential Damages — Client agrees KareCore, LLC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Scope of Service Risk — This waiver covers any loss of profits, goods, or services resulting from the use or execution of our training courses.
- Prior Acknowledgement — These limitations apply fully whether or not KareCore has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage.
No Guarantee Policy
Services are executed professionally in accordance with industry practice, but no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
- Standard Professional Execution — All training and consulting sessions are rendered with utmost professionalism and in line with industry best practices.
- No Guaranteed Outcomes — KareCore, LLC cannot officially guarantee specific results, business benchmarks, or baseline effectiveness scores.
- Best Efforts Commitment — While our trainers apply maximum best efforts to support you, no fixed commercial results are promised.
