Description of Service
KareCore, LLC provides training services, consulting services, and products.
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. Cancellations are only accepted via email. If you must cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.
Shipping Methods are done via Fed Ex or USPS. KareCore, LLC is not liable for lost or damaged items.
Expected Timeframes are listed per product.
Shipping Prices are included in the purchase price of all items.
International Shipping is offered on limited items. See products details and checkout for international shipping options.
Customs, Duties and Taxes are due to the customer for which item has been purchased.

KareCore, LLC shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.
Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges and agrees that KareCore, LLC will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
The client acknowledges and agrees that KareCore, LLC cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.
During the COVID -19 Pandemic we have limited our training to Virtual/ Remote "Instructor-Led" Skills Sessions and Provider courses.
We continue to offer onsite for groups in a hybrid learning format.
